NSW Rugby has today welcomed aboard Taste Living, with the Sydney renovation company partnering with the organisation in 2020.

Taste Living will be involved in rugby throughout the Sydney Metropolitan area, appearing on the back of jersey for the NSW Metropolitan Referees.

Working right throughout Sydney, Taste Living are a company that transform homes from what is usually a stressful process to an exciting and enjoyable experience.

Taste Living will support the important work of officials across the Sydney Metropolitan area within school and club competitions.

Director of Taste, Michael Nehme said the opportunity to be involved with the game locally was an exciting one for his company.

“We pride ourselves on ensuring our experts have the tools to do their job correctly, and rugby is no different, being involved with referees and supporting the important work they do aligns closely with our approach at Taste Living,” said Nehme.

“We’re helping people in communities throughout Sydney transform their houses into their dream home, to now be part of the rugby community is something we’re really proud of.”

“We focus on home renovations and seeing how we can help people realise the vision for their home, the team at NSW Rugby run some excellent competitions across Sydney – officials are integral to that and we’re really pleased to be supporting them.”

NSW Rugby General Manager of Community, Mark Green said Taste’s enthusiasm to support the game at a grassroots level made this partnership an extremely valuable one.

“A game of rugby takes more than just two teams, we can’t have games without our officials and it’s wonderful that Taste have come on board to support that,” Green said.

“It’s a difficult job at times, but one that we are continuing to invest in through training and education not only in Metropolitan Sydney but across the state.”

Green said that Taste Living would also have a strong involvement across other areas of NSW Rugby, exemplifying their support for the game at all levels.

“The team at Taste Living are really engaged with rugby in New South Wales, to partner with people who are so passionate about our game can only be a great thing,” said Green.

“To have Taste involved throughout 2020 – as teams across NSW excitedly begin pre-season training – is really pleasing and I’d like to thank them for their support of grassroots rugby.”
