Head Coach, Campbell Aitken has named his side to face Fijiana this Friday night in a trial match that coincides with the NSW Waratahs Women's bye week in the 2020 Buildcorp Super W season.

The Tahs will host Fijiana at their training base at David Phillips Sports Complex, kicking off at 6.30pm following an Emerging Waratahs fixture.

Aitken has made some changes to the side that defeated the Rebels 33-3 to open their 2020 campaign, resting the experienced trio of Emily Chancellor, Katrina Barker and Sera Naiqama with a view of giving his wider squad game time against quality opposition during the week off.

Jemima Henry starts in the second row as Fi Jones joins the back row alongside Piper Duck and Grace Hamilton. Georgina Friedrichs will move into the midfield in place of Barker, having made her NSW debut last weekend at AAMI Park.

Tasmin Sheppard will return from injury in the front row, while Arabella McKenzie has been named on an extended bench after suffering a minor ankle injury. She'll be joined by the returning Mahalia Murphy, Tina Campbell, Leilani Nathan and Nicole Nathan.

Entry to the match at NSW Rugby's training base is free, with the game also streamed via rugby.com.au and nsw.rugby.
