Primary Purpose
Develop and coach the Grade Top Squad (1st and 2nd grade, hereafter, GTS). The Head Coach will develop the premier high-performance environment and playing group in the Shute Shield competition. The aim is for ESDRUFC to, as a minimum, to qualify for the Elimination finals each year and to win the Shute Shield premiership within the next three years. The Head Coach - GTS will instil the ESDRUFC values of Respect, Family and Club First into the playing group.
