Waratahs Prop Tom Lambert will start in the front row and joining him in the forward pack at blindside flanker is enforcer Lachlan Swinton.
Jake Gordon will partner former Waratah Bernard Foley in the halves and after a sensational return to Super Rugby in 2023, Joey Walton starts at outside centre.
Ned Hanigan has been named on the bench.
