Junior Wallabies head coach Nathan Grey has made a handful of key changes to his side to face Wales in the fifth place playoff at the World Rugby U20 Championship 2023 in South Africa.

Waratahs playmaker Jack Bowen returns after missing last Sunday's victory over New Zealand with a calf injury once again partnering Teddy Wilson.

Waratahs Jack Barrett, Henry O’Donnell and Ollie McCrea all retain their starting positions. Joining McCrea off the bench is Jackson Ropata.

The Junior Wallabies' clash with Wales and the U20 Championship Final between France and Ireland will both be broadcast live and on demand on Stan Sport.
