About NSW Rugby

Luke McCormack has over 30 years’ experience working is the technology sector, where he has led business operations across Australia and Asia Pacific. He led Pegasystems business across Asia Pacific for close to twenty years, and more recently was responsible for the establishment of Unqork's business in Asia Pacific & Japan. Earlier in his career he worked for Citibank, Anderson Consulting, and the State Bank of NSW.

Luke is currently the Board Chairman of the NSW Suburban Rugby Union, where he has served as a Board Member for the past four years. He is also the current President of Hunters Hill Rugby Union Football Club, where he is a Life Member. In addition - Luke has served on the Boards of the SJRU, NSWJRU, Norths Juniors, and the Lloyd McDermott Rugby Development Team. He remains an active coach, referee and player (on increasingly rare occasions).
