Born and raised in Auckland and schooled at Onehunga High School, Seu did not have a traditional pathway to NSW Rugby. Seu was part of the Blues academy before moving to the Chiefs where he made his Super Rugby debut in 2016 under former Wallabies coach Dave Rennie. After four seasons with the Chiefs where he amassed 44 caps, Seu moved abroad to play for the Toyota Industries Shuttles in Japan Rugby League One. The 119kg powerhouse serves as an imposing figure at 201cm and adds significant size to Darren Coleman’s forward pack. The Tahs are excited to see Seu live to his powerhouse status in the 2023 Super Rugby Pacific Competition.
