Director

Katrina Rathie is a non-executive director and lawyer. She is Partner in Charge, Sydney at King & Wood Mallesons and has extensive experience in governance, IP and sports law.

Rathie was named the overall winner of the Board & Management category in the AFR Women of Influence Awards 2019 and is a member of Chief Executive Women.  She is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

A Non-Executive Director of Starlight Children's Foundation Australia, Vice President of Cranbrook School and Chair of the Cranbrook Foundation, Rathie holds a diverse range of Board positions. She is an Advisory member of Media Diversity Australia, a member of the Diversity & Inclusion Committee of the Law Society of NSW, the Culture Strategy Committee of the University of Sydney and the Law Advisory Board of the University of NSW.

Rathie joined the NSW Rugby Board in 2020.
