NSW Rugby Union is proud to launch our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP), marking an important step in our commitment to a more inclusive and respectful future.

Our RAP guides us in strengthening relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, creating meaningful opportunities, and celebrating the vital contributions First Nations communities make to our game. We’re proud to have Lakeisha Hull as our First Nations Manager, leading this work and helping ensure rugby is a game for all, built on respect, connection and lasting change
