One of NSW Rugby’s loyal supporters has extended their contract with the organisation and the NSW Waratahs.

People + Culture Strategies (PCS), one of Australia’s leading professional services firms that provides specialist law and management consulting services across Human Resources, Labour and Employment matters, has signed a new deal for a further three years.

As the NSW Waratahs’ Official People Partner, the PCS logo will appear on the team’s match day jersey.

NSW Rugby CEO Andrew Hore said the extension of the partnership was a boost for the sport in NSW.

“While the logo will appear on the NSW Waratahs playing jersey, PCS has been supporting rugby development in NSW at Shute Shield and NRC level. Their commitment to continue to invest in the game in our State is enormous for us,” Hore said.

PCS Founder and Managing Principal, Joydeep Hor, himself a passionate and avid NSW Waratahs supporter said: “The Waratahs are an iconic NSW institution and the opportunity to watch the team build on their outstanding season in 2018 is something that my team and I are really excited about."

“PCS is delighted that we are not only maintaining our commercial relationship with the NSW Waratahs in 2019 but actually increasing our investment. NSW Rugby is doing some amazing things in executing on its vision and values and we are pleased that we are a part of this journey through a range of touchpoints. Being the official People Partner of the NSW Waratahs and NSW Rugby is an important function, particularly with so much attention to issues of culture in sport and society,” Hor said.

People + Culture Strategies is a leading professional services firm that provides legal and strategic advice and support to organisations on people management issues.

PCS services clients nationally through its Sydney headquarters and acts for employers in all industries.

Apart from its relationship with the NSW Waratahs, PCS makes significant philanthropic contributions across the arts and education as well as in sport.
