2020 NSWCHS U16 Boys rugby trials

NSW Combined High Schools (NSWCHSSA), in conjunction with NSW Waratahs Rugby and the Australian Rugby Union High Performance unit, are conducting a series of trial days to select the 2020 NSWCHSSA U16 Boys Rugby Union Team to contest the NSW Schools Rugby Union 2020 U16 Championships.


All players at NSW Public High Schools aged U15 & U16 in 2020 (born 2004 or 2005) interested in being considered for selection in the NSWCHSSA U16 Rugby Union team are encouraged to attend one of the trial days as the first step in the trial process to gain selection.


Each trial day will include coaching from regional coaches and Development Officers from the NSW Waratahs.


To register, all you need to do is:


1. Fill in the form at the following address: http://tiny.cc/NSWCHSSA    


2. Complete a permission note providing parental and school permission to attend. The signed permission note MUST be handed in on the day of the Discovery Day you attend.

Western: Orange Emus Rugby Club, Endeavour Oval 84 Woodward St, Orange.

Tuesday 24 March

9am – 9.30am

Sydney North East: Warringah Rugby Club, 1472 Pittwater Rd, Warriewood.

Wednesday 25 March

9am – 9.30am

Sydney East: Endeavour High School. Taren Point Rd & The Boulevarde, Caringbah.

Thursday 26 March

9am – 9.30am

Sydney North West: Epping Boys High School, 213 Vimiera Rd, Marsfield.

Tuesday 31 March

9am – 9.30am

Western Sydney: Parramatta. Venue TBC

Monday 6 April

Final trial – by invitational only

Canterbury Rugby Club, Wills Ground, Lang Rd, Earlwood.
