Head coach Eddie Jones has refined the Wallabies squad ahead of the two Bledisloe Cup Tests in Melbourne (July 29) and Dunedin (August 5).

NSW Waratahs powerhouse prop Angus Bell is ready for a potential start alongside fellow Waratahs teammates Jed Holloway and David Porecki.

A number of players have been welcomed back from the injury list from the start of the Rugby Championship. This includes Waratahs back rower Langi Gleeson who is set to make his impact.

Andrew Kellaway and Jordan Petaia are also back to full fitness. Taniela Tupou will make a successful return to the field for Australia A in Tonga. Lalakai Foketi and Izaia Perese also make their return.

It comes to no surprise that try-scoring sensation Mark Nawaqanitawase will retain his place on the field and continue to make his mark.

Front rowers Pone Fa’amausili and Blake Schoupp have also retained their selection in the squad which will assemble on the Gold Coast today for a three-day camp before heading to Melbourne for the first Bledisloe Cup fixture at the Melbourne Cricket Ground next Saturday night.

Waratahs Ben Donaldson and Dylan Pietsch will be in the squad as Utility positions. Max Jorgensen has not been considered for selection due to injury and Michael Hooper currently remains in the rehab group.

Wallabies head coach Eddie Jones said: “We’re very disappointed with the results during stage one of our campaign.”

“We need to find more in stage two and Melbourne will be a ground where we will find our best.”
