NSW Rugby will welcome aboard Bondi Vite Australia in 2020, with the Australia vitamin and wellness company to support the organisation’s Super Rugby, Super W and Academy programs.
Based out of Sydney, Bondi Vite will provide the very best Australian-made vitamin products to players throughout the NSW Rugby system as the organisation’s official vitamin supplier.
The Bondi Vite range of scientifically formulated and medically supported vitamins – which are sold to consumers around the world – will be readily available for players as they strive to reach their best throughout the 2020 season.
Bondi Vite Co-founder, Managing Director and also NSW Waratah, Damien Fitzpatrick said he was excited for the brand to be officially partnering with an organisation that holds a special place in his heart.
“We’re really pleased to become an official partner of the NSW Waratahs, it’s an organisation that I’ve loved being a part of and one that shares the values and vision that closely align to ours at Bondi Vite” Fitzpatrick said.
“The Waratahs have a proud reputation across both NSW and the world, so as a growing business, to align ourselves with them is a really complementary fit for our aspirations.”
Fitzpatrick said working across all levels of NSW Rugby was an important element of the partnership, with Bondi Vite supporting the development of the state’s next generation.
“We want to be involved right across the pathway system and support the many great programs already established by the team at NSW Rugby,” Fitzpatrick added.
“We have a passion for providing premium quality, trusted and Australian-made health products, so we’re looking forward to supporting these very talented athletes.”
“We’ve worked closely with the Waratahs nutritional staff, who’ve reviewed our range and provided specific advice to the playing group on how our products can assist their goals.
“I will add, our range is not pigeoned just to cater for elite athletes. We have products suitable for all needs, with general wellness and living better every day as a core message.”
NSWRU General Manager of Rugby, Tim Rapp said that the addition of Bondi Vite to elite programs would be extremely valuable.
“The playing group understand they need to carefully manage how they’re fuelling themselves to perform at their best,” Rapp said.
“We’re also very big on educating our Gen Blue, Academy and Super W teams on the importance of overall nutrition and good health, the range from Bondi Vite will now make up an important part of that.
“Obviously Damien is someone we know very well, and it’s a credit to him for establishing Bondi Vite alongside a very successful playing career both here and overseas.
“He’s passionate about good health and now gets the opportunity to support his current teammates, the women’s program and the NSW Waratahs of the future.”
