We are excited to report in 2023 we invested $1.4M back into community rugby across NSW via our Rugby For Good programs. We would like to thank all our generous supporters, donors, and Government partners, as none of this would have been possible without you.

Key Highlights

  1. Rugby For Good Development: In 2023, we expanded our community rugby development programs, reaching more schools, clubs, and disadvantaged communities than ever before. Through Rugby For Good coaching clinics, school holiday camps & Rugby: Tackle Life, we have provided opportunities for individuals of all ages and backgrounds to engage with the sport of rugby.
  2. Inclusivity and Diversity: We remain committed to promoting inclusivity and diversity within the rugby community. We have implemented initiatives to encourage greater participation including Women’s Rugby, First Nations Rugby, and All Abilities Rugby.
  3. Mental Health Awareness: Recognising the importance of mental health in overall well-being, we continue to raise awareness and provide support in the mental health space. Through partnerships with our mental health partners and the implementation of mental wellness programs – Start Talkin’ & Get Talkin’, we are working to break down stigma and ensure that all members of the rugby community have access to the resources they need to thrive.
  4. High-Performance Pathways: We continue to invest in the development of talented young Male & Female Rugby players through our high-performance pathway’s programs. By providing elite coaching, training camps, and educational support, we are nurturing the next generation of rugby stars and equipping them with the skills they need to succeed both on and off the field.

We are committed to acting in the best interests of our rugby communities and supporting the strategic direction of NSW Rugby. We are focused on strong corporate governance as it is essential to protect our donors, partners, stakeholders, and our rugby communities’ interests.
