The NSW Waratahs are proud to announce that People + Culture Strategies (PCS) have extended their Platinum Partnership of the team for a further three years.

PCS, a leading Australian employment law firm and management consulting business, is a trusted advisor to Australian and international employers of all sizes across all industries and has extensive connections with specialist lawyers around the world.

PCS has been a Platinum Partner of the NSW Waratahs since 2018 and will continue to feature on the sternum of the iconic Waratahs jersey for the next three seasons and will also be known as “Official People Partner of NSW Waratahs”.

PCS also have long history of supporting Community Rugby and are the Major Sponsors of Norths Rugby Club in the Shute Shield.

NSW Waratahs Paul Doorn was thrilled to continue a partnership with an organisation that has shown a commitment of helping rugby grow in NSW.

“People + Culture Strategies have been major supporters of not only the Waratahs, but community rugby and we are delighted they are extending their Platinum Partnership for a further three years,” Doorn said.

“Through the support of such partners as PCS, professional and community rugby in NSW are not only able to survive but thrive.

“It’s an incredibly exciting time for the Waratahs and our commercial partners as we embark in a historic first ever Super Rugby Pacific season and the increased exposure it offers throughout the Pacific.”

Joydeep Hor Founder & Managing Principal of PCS was similarly excited to be sharing news of the extension.

“We have had a wonderful relationship with the Waratahs now going back several years and we consider ourselves to be a part of the Waratahs family.

“PCS has invested considerably across its philanthropic platforms and nowhere more so than in rugby at a range of levels. Our partnership with the Waratahs is multi-faceted and we want to be able to continue to share our wisdom and expertise in continuing to enhance the Waratahs as an organisation and employer of choice with a high-performance culture across the board.

“Rugby is at a very exciting time both nationally and at state level and we are looking forward to all that the next three years brings.”
